Bullet Resistant Glass is one kind of the sandwich glass, and made jointly by the multilevel glass and pile. Total thickness is more than 20mm. High requirement bulletproof glass thickness reaches 50mm. According to the difference between the thickness of bulletproof glass and the film of intermediate layer, it can resist pistols effectively, shooting of different firearms, including submachine-gun and rifle. *L-bullet resistant glazing

This type of glass can proof bullet penetration, glass splinter from the opposite side of the attack face should not penetrate the witness card.

*M-bullet resistant glazing

This type of glass can proof bullet penetration, glass splinter from the opposite side of the attack face should not inset the witness card.

*H-bullet resistant glazing

This type of glass can proof bullet penetration,glass splinter from the opposite side of the attack face should not fall down .

 

Each Category can be further classified into 5 grades:F64, F54, F79, F56 and FJ79.

*F64

Level F64 protection against hand guns of medium power,such as the 9mm, Super 38 Automatic, and the like, with muzzle energy of 380-460 foot-pounds.

 

*F54

Level F54 protection against hand guns of high power,such as the .357 Magnum, and the like, with muzzle energy of 584-663 foot-pounds.   

 

*F79

Level F79 protection against multiple shots from a submachine-gun,such as a 9mm Uzi, and the like, with muzzle energy of 971-1175 foot-pounds.  

 

*F56

Level F56 protection against multiple shots from a military assault rifle, such as an M-16, and the like, with muzzle energy of 1158-1402 foot-pounds.  

 

*FJ79

Level FJ79 protection against military ball full metal copper jacket ammunition fired from a hunting rifle such as the 308 Winchester of a military rifle with muzzle energy of 2519-3048 foot-pounds.

 

 

Features

1)When under the outside force, the elastomeric PVB interlayer can absorb some of the force and stop it from getting through. The shatters of the glass will still stick to the PVB in case of glass breaking up and will not fall down to hurt people.
